Focus: This study will explore Israel's journey from a family living between the Mediterranean Sea and the Arabian Desert, to captivity in Egypt, then returning to their homeland as a nation. As they journey, they live for 40 years under a cloud of adversity of their own making, but they also live under a covenant cloud of God's protection and guidance. We can learn much by studying how they approached each cloud. The Bible will be our text.
